Our topic is the physics of organic thin films. Organic dyes are of increasing interest for their potential in electronic applications,
such as large area displays or flexible circuits. Substantial progress has been made with organic LED, culminating in the first commercially
available displays based on organic materials.
A key topic of our group is the investigation of the controlled doping of organic thin films and the impact of the doping on the
properties of prototype organic LED. A more detailed presentation of our work is given in the Research section.
